How to post image's?

1) go to: http://www.postimage.org/ (best one to use)
2) upload a image (must be .jpg)
3) select ur size, if u dont want that it be will resized, leave it to 'dont resize my image' or something
4) upload ur image
5) now u get several links below the image, copy the 'DIRECT LINK'
6) make a topic on a forum
7) then u gonna write this: (this is an example link)
{img}http://s13.postimage.org/gywjw6ok7/10th_Toshiro.jpg{/img} *the {} must be [], thus [img][.img], the . must be an /*
then u write ur message and click on send
*u can do first preview to see how it looks*

Sorry, but you can screenshot a dueling network screen just buy clicking the camera icon on the top - right corner.. add that in.
